The In-world currency of DreamNation (called DNCoins or DN$) operates slightly differently that what most users of SL and some other opensim grids might be used to. You can buy DN$ via your PayPal account and sell DN$ to your PayPal account. Full details are available by logging in to the https://www.dreamnation.net website then clicking on the DNCOINS link in the upper right corner.
